By accessing and using the PocketHustle mobile application ("App") and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App or any of our services.

2. Description of Service

PocketHustle is a digital tournament management and sports entertainment platform for various skill-based sports and games, including but not limited to snooker, pool, table tennis, chess, lawn tennis, darts, and other sports that can be easily covered through our platform. Our services include:

• Tournament registration and management across multiple sports
• Live match viewing and streaming (YouTube integration)
• Gift sending system
• Player sponsorship system
• Wallet management and transactions
• Payment processing
• Push notifications
• Player statistics and leaderboards (sport-specific and cross-sport)
• Prize pool management and distribution
• Multi-sport tournament coordination

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue support for any sport or part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3.4. Unauthorized Access

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Wallet and Financial Transactions

5.1. Wallet Management

• Your wallet balance is displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• You can deposit funds into your wallet using supported payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing time.
• We reserve the right to require identity verification for withdrawals.

5.2. Deposits

• Deposits are processed through our payment partners (Paystack).
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
• Processing fees may apply to certain deposit methods.

5.3. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
• We reserve the right to charge processing fees for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5.4. Refunds

• Refunds are only provided in cases of technical errors or as required by law.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
• All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

6. Revenue Sharing and Commission Structure

PocketHustle reserves the right to modify commission percentages and revenue sharing structures across all revenue streams, including but not limited to:

• Gift transactions (platform, player, and tournament percentages)
• Sponsorship deals (player and company percentages)
• Tournament registration fees and platform commissions
• Merchant commissions
• Prize pool distribution percentages

6.2. Changes to Commission Structure

• Commission percentages may be changed at any time prior to the start of a fixture, match, or tournament.
• Changes will apply to new transactions and agreements entered into after the effective date of the change.
• Existing active sponsorships and agreements will continue under their original terms until completion.
• Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.

6.3. Current Default Percentages (Subject to Change)

• Gift System: Platform 30%, Player 60%, Tournament 10% (defaults, may vary by gift)
• Sponsorship System: Player percentage typically ranges from 25% to 50% (configurable per deal)
• Tournament Commissions: 10-15% of entry fees (platform commission)
• Prize Pool Distribution: 1st place 50%, 2nd place 30%, 3rd place 15%, 4th place 5%

6.4. Commission Calculation

• Commissions are calculated automatically at the time of transaction.
• Final commission rates are displayed before transaction confirmation.
• Users acknowledge that commission rates may differ from previously displayed rates.

7. Gift System

7.1. Gift Transactions

• Gifts can be sent to players during live matches or from player profiles.
• Gift values are deducted from your wallet balance immediately upon sending.
• All gift transactions are final and non-refundable.

7.2. Revenue Distribution

• Gift revenue is distributed according to the current commission structure.
• Distribution percentages may vary by gift tier and category.
• Players receive their share of gift revenue automatically.

7.3. Gift Catalog

• Gift values and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify gifts in the catalog.

8. Sponsorship System

8.1. Sponsorship Agreements

• Sponsorships are agreements between sponsors and players for specific matches or tournaments.
• Sponsorship amounts are deducted from your wallet upon creation.
• Sponsorship terms, including player percentage, are set at the time of agreement.

8.2. Placement Selection

• Sponsors can select from available placement options (apparel, equipment, digital, etc.).
• Placement availability is subject to existing agreements and match schedules.
• We reserve the right to reject or modify sponsorship requests.

8.3. Revenue Sharing

• Player percentage in sponsorship deals is determined at the time of agreement.
• Percentage may vary based on placement selections and deal terms.
• Changes to default percentages do not affect existing active sponsorships.

9. Tournament Management

9.1. Tournament Registration

• Tournament registration requires payment of entry fees.
• Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases of tournament cancellation by the platform.
• Players must meet eligibility requirements (age, skill level, sport-specific rules, etc.) to register.
• Registration deadlines are strictly enforced.
• Different sports may have different registration requirements and entry fees.
• Players can participate in tournaments across multiple sports offered on the platform.

9.2. Tournament Participation

• Registered players must comply with tournament rules and regulations specific to each sport.
• Players must arrive on time for scheduled matches.
• Sport-specific rules and regulations apply (e.g., snooker rules, table tennis rules, chess rules).
• We reserve the right to disqualify players for rule violations, no-shows, or misconduct.
• Tournament schedules and formats may be modified at our discretion.
• Players participating in multiple sports are responsible for managing their schedules across different tournaments.

9.3. Match Scheduling

• Matches are scheduled using automated fixture generation systems.
• Players are notified of match schedules through the App.
• Schedule changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for player unavailability due to scheduling conflicts.
• Different sports may have different match durations and scheduling requirements.
• Cross-sport scheduling conflicts are the player's responsibility to manage.

9.4. Prize Pool Distribution

• Prize pools are calculated from entry fees after platform commission.
• Distribution percentages: 1st place (50%), 2nd place (30%), 3rd place (15%), 4th place (5%).
• Prize winnings are automatically credited to winners' wallets.
• Prize distribution is final and non-negotiable.

9.5. Live Streaming

• All tournament matches across all sports may be live-streamed on YouTube.
• By participating, you consent to being recorded and streamed.
• Recordings may be archived and made available for on-demand viewing.
• We reserve the right to use match footage for promotional purposes.
• Streaming availability may vary by sport and venue capabilities.
• Some sports may require specialized camera setups or equipment.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to manipulate match results or tournament outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Submit false or misleading information during tournament registration
• Engage in collusion or match-fixing activities

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by PocketHustle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2. Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

11.3. User Content

User-generated content (comments, messages) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12.2. Information Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match information or results.

12.3. Losses

We are not responsible for any losses incurred from tournament participation, sponsorship, or gift transactions.

12.4. Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12.5. Indirect Damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PocketHustle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the App

14. Termination

14.1. By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

14.2. By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

14.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14.4. Outstanding Balances

Outstanding balances will be processed according to our withdrawal policies.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1. Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration laws.

15.2. Class Action Waiver

You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15.3. Small Claims

For disputes involving amounts less than ₦100,000, we may offer resolution through our customer support team.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.

17. Changes to Terms

17.1. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

17.2. Notification

Material changes will be notified through the App or via email.

17.3. Acceptance

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17.4. Rejection

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
